Your Venue Requirements

• We'll need at least 15 metres by 11 metres of clear unobstructed space (50ft x 36ft, for the circuit and an area around or near the circuit for the spectators.
• Indoor venues could be Schools and School Halls, Community Halls, Sports Halls, Recreation or Leisure Centres, or virtually anywhere. It is preferable that the outdoor venue be of firm, level bitumen or firm, level short grass. For the comfort of everyone, makes sure its also free from obstacles, debris and animal deposits
• Cub Karts run on batteries. Even though a generator can be supplied, a mains electricity supply is preferable for inflation of the circuit
• On arrival we will need a clearway close with preferably off-road parking for the equipment, with easy access to the area where the karts are to run. Because the equipment is heavy, gateways or doorways should be of at least 3 feet in width and clear of obstacles.
• We will arrive at least 1/2 an hour before your party begins to set up and be ready
• At close we will need the area to be clear to enable take-down

How long will you need the venue for?

1 hour over and above the karting time, so if the karting is to run for 2 hours, 3 hours in total is required including set up/take down.
